Welcome to RavenAxe. By creating an account, logging in, posting, commenting, messaging, or otherwise using RavenAxe, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

What RavenAxe Is

RavenAxe is a social platform built for motorcycle riders. We provide tools for profiles, feeds, comments, clubs, group rides, events, business pages, marketplace activity, and community connection. We are not a marketplace operator, insurance provider, or event organizer. We provide the platform; you and your community do the rest.

Your Account

You must be 18 or older to use RavenAxe. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If someone accesses your account without permission, let us know immediately at support@ravenaxe.com.

Zero Tolerance Safety Standard

RavenAxe has zero tolerance for objectionable content. RavenAxe has zero tolerance for abusive users, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam, scams, doxxing, illegal content, or attempts to use the platform to harm another person.

Do not post, upload, message, promote, or coordinate content or conduct that includes:

• Threats, intimidation, or calls for violence.
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech or attacks based on protected identity or personal characteristics.
• Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or content involving minors.
• Illegal activity, dangerous instructions, or unlawful sales.
• Doxxing, private personal information, or another person's confidential details.
• Spam, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive behavior.

RavenAxe may filter or reject objectionable content before it appears. Users may report content or block users directly from the platform. RavenAxe reviews objectionable content reports as quickly as possible and targets action within 24 hours.

Reports, Blocks, and Enforcement

Users can report posts, comments, profiles, business posts, group posts, event posts, messages where available, Axe Drop comments, and other user-generated content. Users can also block anyone they do not want to interact with. Blocking hides the blocked user's content from the blocker where practical and notifies RavenAxe for review.

Moderators and admins may review reports, hide or remove content when needed, document issues, and escalate violations. Only the RavenAxe Founder/CEO has final authority to permanently suspend, eject, ban, or remove a user from the platform, unless immediate action is legally required or needed to prevent imminent harm.

RavenAxe may remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend access pending review, cooperate with lawful requests, and take steps needed to protect users and the platform. Permanent user ejection or platform-wide bans require RavenAxe Founder/CEO approval unless immediate action is legally required or needed to prevent imminent harm.

Your Content

When you post on RavenAxe, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you post.

Intellectual Property

The RavenAxe name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or code without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RavenAxe is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the platform running and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or behavior of other users.

Limitation of Liability

RavenAxe and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes damages related to rides, events, or transactions facilitated through RavenAxe.

Ride and Event Safety

RavenAxe is a coordination tool, not an event organizer. You participate in rides and events at your own risk. Always wear appropriate gear, follow traffic laws, and ride within your skill level.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you. Continued use of RavenAxe after changes means you accept the new terms.
