#30: Axe Drop #0030 Title: SEASONS, REASONS, AND BROTHERS

Monday after Easter. Bike Week is still alive. And I’m feeling damn good. Some mornings hit different. This is one of them. Had a real good conversation with a brother of mine today. Hadn’t talked to him in a long time. So hearing his voice again meant something. I’m glad he reached out. I’m glad he’s doing okay. And I’m glad some connections still know how to find their way back. Life shifts. People change. Roads split. Chapters close. But that doesn’t always mean something went wrong. Sometimes it just means life is doing what life does. Some people come into your life for a season. Some for a reason. And some, if you’re lucky, for a lifetime. You don’t have to be bitter about the ones who were only meant for one chapter. You just thank God they were there when they were. You learn what you were supposed to learn. And you keep moving. That’s part of growing. That’s part of riding. That’s part of becoming who the hell you’re meant to be. So today, be excited. Be grateful. Be motivated. If somebody good reaches back into your life, appreciate it. If a door closes, let it close. If a new one opens, walk through it like you belong there. Because you do. Keep your heart solid.
